Dublin Airport to Dublin Convention Centre

Dublin Airport is conveniently located about 10 km north of Dublin city centre, near the M50 and M1 motorways.

 

Getting there by Bus

 

Take the Aircoach to O’Connell Street - it’s then a 10 – 15 minute walk down the river heading east
Single Fare: €6.00 Return Fare: €11.00
Take the number 747 to O’Connell St. - it’s then a 10 - 15 minute walk down the river heading east
Single Fare: €6.00 Return Fare: €10.00

 

Getting there by Tram

The Luas Red Line runs directly behind The CCD, conveniently linking to downtown Dublin and to Connolly and Heuston rail stations. Stops are provided at George's Dock, Mayor Square and Spencer Dock. Spencer Dock station is the closest one.

Getting there by Taxi

Taxis are available from the forecourt on the Arrivals level road. A taxi dispatcher is available at the taxi rank if you require any further information or assistance.

An average fare from the airport to the CCD, not using the Port Tunnel, would be around €25.

The fastest way to the CCD is via the Port Tunnel, however the taxi will have to include the price of the toll in the fare. Toll charges for the port tunnel are as follows:

Direction of travel Toll charges for 2014
Southbound €10 between 6 a.m to 10 a.m Monday to Friday

€3 at all other times
Northbound €10 between 4 p.m to 7 p.m Monday to Friday
  €3 at all other times

Getting there by Car Rental
